Food At Retreats

Eating the right food is the key to enjoy and gain fruitful results while participating in our retreats. Hence, we very much focus on providing juicy delicious heart healthy food to provide vigor and concentration essential throughout all programs. Certainly our food will be combination of fruits, salad, lentils\beans, boiled vegetables, rice, Indian bread, Herbal tea,  milk, Carrot Halwa. Students with low-blood pressure are suggested to bring extra iron/mineral supplements.
